Job description
  • Actively acquire and develop B2B clients on the Portuguese market.
  • Conduct sales meetings, calls, and online presentations.
  • Turn incoming leads into sales opportunities and closed deals.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored advertising solutions.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and finalize sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain sales activities and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot).
Requirements
  • Min. 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Portuguese (C1) and English min. B2.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence in building new business relationships.
  • Good organization and CRM skills (HubSpot experience is a plus).
